PICE Golf Tourney Set for September 25

Montgomery Catholic Preparatory School's Partners In Catholic Education (PICE) will host its eighth annual charity golf tournament at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail's Capitol Hill Course in Prattville on Friday, September 25, 2009. The tournament is just before the LPGA tournament again this year, so you know the course will be in tip-top shape!

Last year, the tournament netted over $80,000 for Catholic education, and with everyone's support, we hope to match that again this year. Registration and lunch will begin at 11:00 a.m. and the shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. on both the Senator and Legislator courses. The format will be best ball.

The four-man scramble includes lunch, gift bags for each player filled with goodies, a golf shirt, refreshments, many door prizes, and a hole-in-one for a cruise or a new Hyundai Sonata. There will be a $5,000 putting contest between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The top three net and gross teams will receive superb prizes. The entry fee will be $600 per foursome.

Sponsorships will be available. Mark your calendar for this premiere event that will be a great day of fun and directly benefit the students at Montgomery Catholic Preparatory School. For more information, go to the school website: http://www.montgomerycatholic.org/ .
