Coach Turner's sister Gena Brasington was at MCPS for the blood drive and said "I am overwhelmed with joy to let you know that we had 75 units of blood donated!!! This beats our prior record of 73 units back in 2007 and 2009. Please send our family’s sincere appreciation to all the staff and students for their continued support of this very special cause, without them this would not be possible."
