Montgomery Catholic's Petters Qualifies for National Merit Scholarship Program

Montgomery Catholic Preparatory School junior, Henry Petters has qualified for the National Merit Scholarship Program, which seeks to identify and honor academically talented young people across the
nation.  Of the 1.5 million entrants, some 50,000 with the highest PSAT/NMSQT Selection Index scores qualify for recognition in the National Merit Scholarship Program. High-scoring participants from every state are invited to name two colleges and universities to which they would like to be referred by the National Merit Scholarship Committee.  In September, these high scorers are notified through their schools that they have qualified as either a Commended Student or Semifinalist.

Henry is the son of Vicki and Brian Petters of Montgomery.
