Montgomery Catholic Preparatory School is pleased to announce that junior Tyler Price was named the Montgomery Quarterback Club Private School Football Player of the Week for the week of September 22-24, 2016.Tyler, a running back for the Knights, rushed for 184 yards on 24 carries and 2 touchdowns in Catholic's 28-6 win over Elmore County on September 23. Head Coach for Catholic, Aubrey Blackwell said, "I am extremely proud of Tyler, he is a great young man with a bright future and a 3.3 GPA."
The Knights are more than half way through the season, with a record of 4-2, the Knights have four games remaining: Ashford at Home on October 7 for Homecoming, at Bullock County on October 14, ACA at Home on October 21, and their final regular game at Marbury on October 27.
