Montgomery Catholic Elementary Campuses Celebrate Christmas

Montgomery Catholic Preparatory School's elementary campuses celebrated Christmas with performances for their fellow students and their parents.

On December 11, the St. Bede Third Grade class performed a Christmas play called “The Gift”. The play was performed at 8:30 AM in the cafeteria for the students, with an encore performance for Montgomery Catholic Preparatory families at 6:30 PM that evening.  Special thanks to Mrs.Tammy Quillin, Mrs. Melynda Keating, Mrs. Sharon Stark, and Miss Christina Banks for all their hard work in making the play a success.

Sophia Kerr as choir leader, McKinley Boyd as Mary, Will Noell as Joseph;
Aidan McNeely, Mason McCollister, Ethan Binns as Shepherds, Hart Yost as the Angel; Samuel Rogers, Ailish Gilbert, Abbey Langan, John McLennan, Matthew Reardon as Christmas story-tellers. Choir: James Bender, Tianna Carr, Cecelia Crawford, Samantha Day, Jacob Downes, Will Driver, Layne Jordan, Carys Kirk, Julian Macchia, Gibson Souriya,Shawn Sponsler, Jack Wrye.

The St. Bede 2012 third grade Christmas play was on December 11.

Also on the evening of December 11, the Holy Spirit campus Kindergarten and First Grade classes had a Christmas musical presentation at the PTC meeting held in the Church of the Holy Spirit Parish Hall at 6:30 PM, followed by the campus-wide Christmas art show displayed in the school hallways, with a special visit from Santa! Art teacher, Leigh Dennis had the halls decorated floor to ceiling with the beautiful work from K4 - 6 Grade students, including: reindeer, foil-stained glass, elves, and Christmas trees.
